The ZVS 12-48V induction furnace is designed mainly for heating metal elements. Induction technology is not effective for non-metallic materials such as plastic or wood because it requires electrical conduction to generate heat.

In case of continuous use, we recommend using water cooling (e.g. a small pump and water from a bucket) to prevent the device from overheating. Thanks to this, the furnace can operate for a longer time without the risk of damage.

The ZVS 12-48V induction furnace is very effective in heating steel elements. Other metals, such as aluminum, brass and silver, require a higher supply voltage for effective heating. Copper and gold are not heated effectively by this device due to their physical and electrical properties.

The furnace offers the ability to regulate power by changing the supply voltage in the range of 12-48V. However, it does not have direct temperature control, which means that the user must adjust the exposure time and supply voltage to achieve the desired element temperature.
