Ready-made linear modules are an excellent solution for implementing linear feed. The modules we offer are characterized by high positioning precision of +/- 0.03mm. The permissible maximum rotation speed of the screw is up to 3000 rpm, which gives a maximum linear feed speed of up to 15 m/minute.

Modules made on linear shafts are characterized by low price and high quality. The module structure is based on a precise aluminum plate. Two precision shafts with a diameter of 16 mm are responsible for the linear feed. The carriage moves on two LM16UU bearings.

The drive is transmitted via a ball screw with a diameter of 16 mm and a pitch of 5 mm. The screw is supported on a double bearing on the drive side - the stepper motor and a single bearing on the supporting side.

The table is adapted to mount a stepper, servo-step motor or a servo drive with a NEMA23 standard flange, i.e. 57x57mm.

The most common applications of linear modules are the Z axes of plasma cutting machines and light milling plotters. Other applications include: feed modules in production lines, saw bumpers and many other applications requiring fast and precise linear movement.
