Xtreme Solid V Wheel Kit clear

High-strength wheel set for large CNC machines. Xtreme Solid V is designed to ride on an calibrated aluminum profile, but differs from similar products in that it can withstand heavy loads and is resistant to wear.

Kit contains:

• (1x) Xtreme Solid V wheel
• (2x) 625 RS bearings (V3)
• (2x) 5 mm washer
• (1x) M5 nut with nylon tightening

• The wheel is made of very hard clear polycarbonate, so it can withstand particularly heavy loads and is resistant to wear.
• Flat wheel surface for belt to ride on
• Self-centering and self-lubricating

• Inner diameter for bearing: 15.974mm +/- 0.026 mm

Note:

• If the system requires lubrication, use only silicone lubricant. DO NOT use synthetic greases or cutting oils.
• It is advisable to distribute the load evenly on the wheels using pairs of them in the system.
• Remember to choose bolts and gaskets
