Xtreme Mini V Wheel Kit

High-strength precision wheel set for large CNC machines. The Extreme Mini V is designed to ride on an calibrated aluminum profile, but differs from similar products in that it can withstand heavy loads and is resistant to wear. The product is milled on a CNC machine to the highest tolerances, thus ensuring dimensional accuracy.

Kit contains:

• (1x) Xtreme Mini V wheel
• (2x) Mini V bearings (V3)
• (2x) Mini V 1 mm precision shim
• (1x) M5 nut with nylon tightening

Technical specs and features:

• The wheel is made of very hard clear polycarbonate, so it can withstand heavy loads and is resistant to wear.
• Outer diameter: 15.23mm
• Inner diameter for bearing: 9.974mm +/- 0.026mm
• Thickness: 8.8 mm
• Product is milled on a CNC machine with high tolerances, thus ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Rockwell hardness: M 75
• Compressive strength: 86 Mpa

Note:

• If the system requires lubrication, use only silicone lubricant. DO NOT use synthetic greases or cutting oils.
• It is advisable to distribute the load evenly on the wheels using pairs of them in the system.
• Remember to choose bolts and gaskets

• Used as an alternative to conventional wheels in areas such as larger CNC machines / cutters where force and weight become excessive for conventional castors

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
