The XTool Screen Printer brings the time-honored craft of screen printing into the 21st century. From the first screen printing, dating back to around 1000 CE, to Andy Warhol’s legendary series of Marilyn Monroe prints from 1962-1964, screen printing has enhanced and influenced art, fashion, and culture, and continues to do so today. The process of screen printing has remained complex and time-consuming. With the xTool Screen Printer, you no longer have to deal with layers of sticky emulsion, film sheets, and darkroom development. No more washing screens with high-pressure water and screen cleaning chemicals. The XTool screen printer has found a way to combine the joy of screen printing with the simplicity of modern technology.

xTool Laser Solution

Traditional screen printing is expensive, time-consuming and requires a lot of space. Many people want to create, but are intimidated by the complicated process, equipment and clean-up. After 18 months of testing and development, we have finally managed to create an innovative product that makes screen printing accessible to everyone. In our internal test, 80 participants of all skill levels created prints with incredible success using the xTool screen printer!

Using laser engraving and a revolutionary double-sided coating screen, we have shortened the traditional 1-2 day screen creation process using ribbon printers and UV lamps to an amazing 1-3 hour process. Now it is so easy to just dive in and start your journey as a screen printing artist!

Coated screen with EasyStretch frame design, ready in 30 seconds

Using 4 integrated tensioning bars and 6 quick-pull keys, the innovative xTool EasyStretch design simplifies the screen stretching process to an amazing 30 seconds! It also ensures uniform tension and allows for faster and more convenient screen changes.

Experience incredible laser speed

Stencil creation is reduced from approx. 24 hours to approx. one hour – at laser speed! Same-day production becomes a reality, optimizing on-time delivery and sample deliveries. The process of testing different inks on different substrates can also be tested quickly and efficiently.

Extreme details with laser

Using a laser beam finer than a hair to create stencils, we achieve extraordinary precision of up to 0.01 mm, preserving every detail of your images.

Lossless printing quality, better reproduction

The traditional stencil creation process with exposure and high-pressure washing can cause graphic distortion, especially for inexperienced beginners, resulting in the loss of design intricacies. The xTool solution uses lasers to directly create the screen, reducing inconsistency.

Frame clamp, the best printing partner

Using the multi-color set frame clamp and laser combination, pair it with the laser to lock the screen frame in the same place every time. Easily adjust the image position in the software for accurate multi-frame printing.

Quick-release frame clamp, 10-second quick switch

The quick-release frame clamp design on the stand facilitates quick stencil switch and paves the way for seamless creation of multi-color masterpieces.

3-axis micro-registration, easier fine-tuning

Our 3-axis micro-registration system with a vertical axis of motion and two rotational axes provides dynamic and precise screen adjustment. This feature ensures precise multi-color print accuracy and supports more complex print jobs. Achieve perfection in every print with the ability to make micro-adjustments quickly.

Z-axis automatic press, adapt to various heights

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
