Worm gear, ratio 30:1 RV63-30-80B14

The RV63-30-80B14 worm gear has a mechanical size of 63, which allows it to be used as a replacement for NMRV, TM, MRV and other gears of the same size. The diameter of the output hole is 25 mm, and for the engine with a B14 flange it is 19 mm in diameter. The engine axis, cooperating with the gearbox, should have a diameter of 19 mm. The gear ratio is 30:1, which enables effective power transmission. Its overall dimensions are: total height 174 mm, width 103 mm, length 144 mm. The gear housing is made of aluminum to reduce weight and additionally covered with a plastic coating to protect against corrosion. The steel worm and worm wheel made of bronze, as well as high-quality bearings and seals on the drive and output sides guarantee not only long service life, but also reliable operation of the gear in various conditions. Useful gear options include single- and double-sided output shafts with a diameter of 25 mm, as well as various mounting methods, including torque arms and the possibility of using an electric motor with a B14 flange.
