Worm gear, ratio 100:1 RV63-100-80B14

The RV63-100-80B14 worm gear is a product with a mechanical size of 63, it can be used as a replacement for NMRV, TM, MRV and other gears of the same size. Its length is 144 mm and the diameter of the flange d3 is 120 mm. The gear ratio is 100:1, making it ideal for applications requiring high gear ratios. The engine axis that cooperates with this transmission should have a diameter of 19 mm, and the diameter of the output shaft is 25 mm. The overall dimensions of the gearbox are 144 mm long, 103 mm wide and 174 mm high. The gear housing is made of aluminum, which allows for low weight, and is also protected with an additional layer of plastic to protect against corrosion. Key components such as the steel screw and bronze worm wheel ensure durability and reliability in a variety of operating conditions. The gearbox allows for various mounting methods, including using a B14 flange.
