VDE insulated flat-head screwdriver with reduced shank and handle diameter for deeply embedded screws and working in narrow spaces. With multi-component Kraftform handle for fast and safe work. Hard grip zones enable fast turning, soft zones ensure the transfer of high torques. Individually controlled insulation by immersion in a water bath at a voltage of 10,000 V guarantees safe work at a voltage of 1,000 V. A hexagonal collar prevents the tool from rolling away from the workplace.

Individual tests at 10,000 V in accordance with IEC 60900 guarantee safe operation at 1,000 V.

Indispensable for assembly work on terminal strips, fuse boxes, switches, relays, etc.: combination of Phillips flat and cross profile or Pozidriv flat and cross profile.

Wera produces the Kraftform handle from several materials with different properties. The core is made of resistant plastic, ensuring secure mounting of the pin even under heavy loads. Soft handle zones in different colors are made of a material that is more soft. This material provides increased friction, allowing the transmission of high torques. The black areas have a hard surface that prevents the hand from sticking to the handle. This allows for quick turning.

The shape of the Kraftform handle is perfectly adapted to the shape of the hand, protecting it against the formation of blisters and calluses.

Marking on the handle in the form of the screw socket type and tip size makes it easier to find the screwdriver in a tool bag or at the workplace.
