The waterproof probe with DS18B20 digital temperature sensor enclosed in a sealed, waterproof housing, allows temperature measurement in hard-to-reach places or in areas of high humidity. The sensor allows measuring temperatures from -55 °C to 125 °C. It communicates via a 1-Wire interface and works with voltage from 3 V to 5.5 V.
