Water cooling set for the Sprite Extruder Pro extruder, which is used, among others, in the following models of Creality 3D printers: Ender-3 S1 PRO and CR-10 Smart PRO. The package of elements enables the creation of a system of effective heat dissipation generated during the operation of the hotend head. An efficient liquid circulation system, in accordance with the manufacturer's declaration, allows for the reduction of the temperature from 10 °C to 15 °C. It is approximately 15% - 20% more efficient than traditional fan air cooling.
Water cooling is more effective than the fan traditionally used in 3D printers by up to about 20%. Effective cooling of the heating block effectively prevents the clogging of the nozzle. It makes filament feeding smoother, which improves the final printing results.
Creality Watercooling's aluminum flow element with precision flow channel design accelerates internal coolant circulation and improves heat transfer efficiency. It is a solution suitable for filaments with a high melting point, such as ABS, PETG, etc. Thanks to it, the hotend dissipates heat faster while maintaining a constant operating temperature. Smooth filament feeding allows for the formation of higher-quality 3D prints.
