Loctite 577 is a fast-setting anaerobic sealant with high viscosity for threaded metal connectors from 3/4" to 3". It hardens between closely fitting metal surfaces upon air exclusion.
It's particularly effective on stainless steel without surface activation. Prior to application, clean and degrease surfaces with Loctite 7063. Apply to the first few threads of the male connector, leaving the first thread exposed. Squeeze out enough sealant to cover the thread circumference.
