Thermal glue 70ml Technicqll

Fire retardant paste based on silicates. Perfect for all materials operating at very high temperatures, above a thousand degrees Celsius. Resistant to fumes, diluted acids, water, chemicals and sub-zero temperatures.

Application:

Intended for repairs, assembly and sealing of exhaust systems (e.g. manifolds, mufflers) in motor vehicles and construction, in the assembly and sealing of damaged fireclay, metal and ceramic pipes, supplying and discharging exhaust fumes, liquids.

Bonding:

Glued surfaces should be free of any dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.). Metal surfaces should be degreased using the P-102 Cleaning Set or the P-959 Technical Degreaser.
Apply glue to one of the surfaces, spread it evenly and join the elements.
Within 5 minutes elements can be adjusted.

Sealing:

The joint/gap should be free of any dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.).
Apply glue and smooth with a spatula dipped in water.
Within 5 minutes elements can be adjusted.

IMPORTANT:

After thorough drying and firing at a temperature above 5000C for about 2 hours, the joint becomes resistant to water and aqueous solutions. Heat gradually to avoid bubbles and cracks in the joint.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
