THC SD TIG plasma torch height adjuster

A new generation TIG welding height controller based on the popular Compact THC 150 model in which the relay outputs have been replaced with STEP DIR inputs/outputs. which, after detecting the cutting arc, generate correcting step/dir signals in proportion to the inclination of the material, thanks to which the welding quality is maintained at a very high level.

The way of connecting the controller "outside the software" allows it to be used with software without the THC function.

Make sure. that the machine is properly grounded. Plasma cutters/welding machines generate voltage dangerous to human health and life. Lack of grounding may result in electric shock and/or damage to electronic devices.

Designed to work with any control system that uses STEP/DIR signals to control the Z axis. Thanks to integration with a voltage divider, connection is very easy.

In case of connection directly to the "power" terminals:

ensure the connection is as short as possible due to high interference

You should also use test leads with appropriate insulation - selected for the maximum voltage of the plasma cutter. Due to the very high level of interference and voltage "pins", it is recommended to apply the + and - potential using separate wires, which minimizes the risk of insulation breakdown.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
