Technicqll glue PP PE PTFE 8g+8ml

Kit for joining polyolefins and other difficult-to-bond materials (PTFE, silicones) with smooth, matched surfaces. Contains a primer increasing the surface tension of polyolefins and a modified cyanoacrylate adhesive. Without Primera, it can be used to bond standard materials.

Purpose:

Bonding of plastics with low surface energy: polyolefins (PE, PP), PTFE, silicone rubbers. Also intended for gluing: metal, rubber, wood, ceramics, cement, hard plastics, glass, leather, plywood, aluminum. Bonds hard and flexible materials. Also used for bonding metal combinations “metal + rubber, plastics + rubber, paper + plywood + glass, etc.

Parameters:

• Viscosity: 40cP (mPas)
• Shear strength: min. 3.0MPa
• max. gap to be filled: 0.10 mm
• Temperature range: -550C to 800C
• Shelf life: 12 months

Usage:

1. Clean and matte the glued elements.
2. Degrease the surface (P-102 or P-959 Technical Degreaser). The surfaces should be clean and free of dirt.
3. Apply a thin, even layer of BASE primer to the surfaces to be glued.
4. Wait 2-3 minutes.
5. Apply a thin, even layer of glue to one of the surfaces (the less glue, the stronger the bond).
6. Connect the elements immediately, press and hold for a few seconds.
7. Do not move or adjust the connection.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
