Distance sensor manufactured by SparkFun. It was equipped with the TMF8821 system, which measures in the range from 1 cm to 500 cm. The operation of the sensor is based on the time-of-flight (ToF) technology - the distance from the obstacle is calculated on the basis of the time difference between the light pulses. SparkFun Qwiic dToF Imager detects objects regardless of their color, reflectance or texture. It allows for excellent measurement performance in both dark and sunny places. The communication module uses the I2C interface, it is supplied with a voltage from 2.7 V to 3.6 V.
