Soldering iron ZD200C, 60W power, for small electronic soldering work. The heating element has been replaced with a thick steel wire.
Designed for both lovers and professionals. The rubber-coated handle ensures work safety and comfort.
Users manual:
- Prepare the soldering surfaces properly - remove deposits, dirt or insulation.
- Insert the power cord into the socket (the appliance uses 220V), the soldering iron tip must not come into contact with other surfaces during heating. For safety reasons, use a soldering iron holder.
- Lubricate the soldering iron tip with rosin.
- Attach the heated soldering iron tip to the soldered surface, heat the surface.
- Add the solder thread to the heated area (between the soldering iron and the surface) and the solder will melt and spread at the surface.
- Add the second surface you want to solder to the heated area.
- Pull on the soldering iron tip, the solder temperature will drop and the parts will be reinforced.
- Use a metal sponge to clean the soldering iron tip.

Attention!
- Do not leave the soldering iron on unattended! Possible fire or property damage!

- Do not use the soldering iron if there is mechanical damage to the surface or the power cord.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or use items or parts incompatible with the device.
- Always unplug the power cord when working with the machine.
