All-in-one CAM solution: Snapmaker Luban

Snapmaker Luban's custom software provides a concise and easy-to-understand workflow for 3D printing, as well as laser and CNC machining. Perfect for 3 production methods using only 1 software. The latest Luban is integrated with more convenient printing modes. You do not need to adjust the settings. Stylish prints are just a few clicks away. As always, you can access the main parameters and have full control over the machining process.

Faster and easier

Thanks to the optimized transmission system and motion control algorithm, the Artisan has a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.1 mm at a high printing speed of 180 mm/s. Not only are print speeds faster, changing tool heads from hotends is now faster and easier. Quick-change platforms and tool heads allow you to switch between three functions - printing, laser cutting and CNC cutting - in less than a minute. In addition, Luban recognizes the size and type of nozzles and offers you custom configurations to easily produce your prototypes, high-strength parts, or whatever your projects require. The dual extrusion 3D printing module also has a built-in motor that automatically raises and switches the two extruders without additional tool head movement or gear shifting. This enables faster and quieter dual extrusion 3D printing.

Dissolving and discontinuous support printing

Artisan has a dual-extrusion 3D printing module that supports PVA, HIPS, and other soluble materials. Simply soak the print to dissolve the supports and leave the pattern surface smooth. Complex geometry is no longer a problem. Interrupted suture provides the same support as conventional materials, but is much easier to remove without further processing.

Save time and effort with a zone heated bed and easy calibration

At the center of the Artisan heated bed is a 260x260mm high temperature zone (also known as the inner zone) which can reach 110°C and the highest in the outer zone is 80°C. While your model is placed in the inner zone, which heats up to 60 °C in just 2-3 minutes, the outer zone is not heated, saving time and energy. Artisan can automatically align the heated bed and calibrate the Z offset of the two extruders, then calibrate the XY offset using a semi-automatic program. In three steps, you can enjoy dual-material or dual-color printing with excellent adhesion and alignment.

Not only about strength, but also about delicacy

The laser module has a high power of 10 W and ultra-fine laser focusing (0.05 mm × 0.2 mm) using laser beam splitters and optics for beam shaping. This allows for high quality laser work with flawless detail.

0.2mm Dimensional accuracy

High-rigidity linear modules and high-speed spindle allow the CNC module to smoothly engrave or cut various materials with a dimensional accuracy of up to 0.2mm.

Your safety is in good hands

The capsule door detector allows the Artisan to automatically stop the laser or CNC operation when any door is opened. The laser module has a gyroscope sensor that ensures that the laser beam is not reflected when the module deviates from its intended position. We also put an emergency stop button in the control unit. Also, a process paused by the button can be resumed. The laser module automatically shuts down when its temperature sensor detects a higher than normal operating temperature (temperature above 55 °C/131 °F).
