Large workspace

Snapmaker 2.0 has three models: A150, A250 and A350. You can create large prototypes or multiple smaller objects at once. A350 provides the largest construction volume - 320x350x330mm.

Powerful controller

Snapmaker 2.0 can support a variety of tool heads, attachments, linear modules and more with just one controller. A big reason we're able to do this is because we've innovated CAN (Controlled Area Network) bus expansion, a technology widely used in automotive automation. The controller has been updated with universal ports, multi-port adapters and a CAN Hub to add additional CAN bus ports.

Future development

Snapmaker 2.0 is modular and can be transformed into different machines with many possibilities. It can be upgraded with a future more powerful laser module, a rotary module (for A250, A350), a longer linear module and even a 3rd party spindle compatibility package! Our goal is to adapt such a space-saving yet complete machine for modulation to make your investment worthwhile.

Our 3 in 1 software is customized for your Snapmaker devices. One powerful software for all your tasks. It has gone through 18 iterations over the past year and a half, adding features such as multi-pattern printing/engraving/cutting/carving, SVG editing, embossing, and multi-language support. Through rapid iterations, we've incorporated many popular requests from our community.

Wi-Fi connection

With Wi-Fi functionality and a USB port, you can connect your Snapmaker 2.0 to any configuration for your convenience. You can upload designs via Wi-Fi or a USB stick and print with the touch of a button. In addition, you can update the firmware directly over Wi-Fi.

Smart touch screen

Traditionally, machines such as 3D printers, laser cutters and CNC routers have not paid enough attention to the HMI (Human Machine Interface). Snapmaker 2.0 comes with a smart touch screen that simplifies the flow of everyday projects and allows you to control the most frequently used tasks directly from the touch screen. Similar to a smartphone, this 5-inch (720 x 1280 pixels) moving touchscreen is powered by a quad-core A7 processor @ 1.1GHz running Android OS. ensures a smooth and fast interface.

Recovery of energy loss

You no longer have to worry about power outages. Snapmaker 2.0 can automatically detect power loss and resume work exactly where it left off. You can recreate any project and get great printing/engraving/cutting/carving results every time.

Snapmaker 2.0 has pushed the boundaries of metal design even further. Both the controller board and the power adapter now use aluminum alloy bodies for better heat dissipation; the original POM rollers are upgraded to steel rollers for increased load capacity and stiffness.
