This smart three-way light switch will allow you to conveniently control your lights and even control them remotely. It works with the Meross app, as well as Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Samsung SmartThings. Once you've paired it with your assistant of choice, you'll also be able to control it with voice commands. No hub is required for it to work properly - all you need is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection and a neutral cable (white).
With the Meross MSS550 switch, you can easily turn ordinary lighting into smart lighting. Among other things, the Meross app allows you to turn the lights on and off remotely. You don't have to worry about forgetting to turn off the lamp before leaving the house - just reach for your smartphone! Work schedules and timers can also be created - this way you can adapt the lighting even better to your lifestyle.
Meross MSS550 Switch is compatible with Google Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa. This means you can add it to the system you use and conveniently control all your smart devices from one app. You don't need to keep switching windows!
Compatibility with Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa provides even more benefits. When you pair the switch with the smart assistant, you gain the ability to control the lighting with voice commands. Want to turn off the light without getting out of the comfort of your bed? Or maybe your hands are busy and you need to light a lamp? With the Meross MSS550, it only takes a few words to make the lighting meet your expectations!
Three-way switches allow you to control the lighting from 2 different locations. For example, you can install one device on the ground floor and another on the first floor to turn the light on when you go up the stairs and turn it off when you go upstairs. This way you can easily light the way after dark and avoid a dangerous fall. The switch also has a built-in LED indicator to make it easy to find in the dark.
Installing and configuring the switch will not cause you much trouble. The device is very easy to install and does not require the purchase of any additional hubs. All you need is a neutral cable (white) and an existing Wi-Fi network. Note: The switch only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It does not support 5GHz.
