Automation for sliding gate KSE800S up to 800kg

The KSE800S is our newest operator for sliding gates weighing up to 800kg. A 24V DC motor with a power of 250W, powered by a toroidal transformer, guarantees a stable voltage and is responsible for the reliable operation of the system. This solution ensures high security, quiet operation and high smooth operation of automated gates. It is worth noting that inside the durable aluminum body is an all-metal gear. It ensures trouble-free operation of the sliding gate opening mechanism at a speed of up to 18 meters per minute.

Emergency battery power

In addition to the classic release of the drive using a key, the KSE800S has a built-in battery that allows up to 50 gate opening and closing cycles. In addition, the drive itself can run on solar energy. The driving frequency is 20%, so it can be installed both in private properties and at entrances to parking lots or institutions with moderate traffic. An important element of this gate automation is the Hall sensor, which determines the place where the gate stops when opening and closing. Thus, there is no need to install classic limiters on the gate. However, if one is committed to such a solution, the drive has the ability to connect external limit switches.

Digital controller with display

The brains of the whole drive is a multi-function controller with a digital display. It not only signals work, but also helps program it. In addition to the standard opening of all gates, the automatic device also has a half-opening mode, the so-called gate function. The adjustable auto-close time can be used both ways. The board also has control connectors to which manual control buttons, video intercoms, as well as WIFI or GSM modules can be connected. The radio receiver allows you to control the drive up to a distance of 100 m. The motor and plate are protected by a weatherproof cover.

Security:

• Amperometric (anti-crushing) protection: adjustable sensitivity of the actuator when encountering an obstacle, after which the actuator will stop working to open the gate or open when closing,
• Optical protection in the form of photocells. When the infrared beam is cut off, the automatic device will stop closing the gate,
• Overcurrent Protection: A fuse that protects the electronics in the event of a short circuit,
• Automatic locking of the drive when stopped: no need to use additional locks on the gate to protect against intruders. Due to the structure of the automatic gearbox, it is completely unnecessary.

The set also includes emergency release keys that allow you to manually open the gate in emergency situations. The drive is equipped with an advanced digital control board that ensures accurate and intuitive control of the gate. The metal gear guarantees long-term durability and reliability, and the powerful 250 W motor ensures high efficiency in use. In addition, thanks to the built-in battery, it is possible to ensure the continuity of the system even in the event of a power failure.

Two PS-02 remote controls

Our range of solid four-channel remote controls are fully compatible with all Elektrobim drives, ensuring versatility and ease of use. Thanks to them, you can control the drive even up to a distance of 100 meters, which is extremely practical in large rooms or in situations where you need to open the gate before approaching.

LS-K signal lamp

A bright LED warning light is the main element of our kit, clearly indicating the operation of the gate automation. Its bright light effectively informs users of the gate's active status, increasing safety around them, especially in low-visibility or high-traffic areas.

Photocell FK-02 set with angle adjustment

The infrared barrier that is part of our system actively protects against physical contact with obstacles when closing the gate. It works by emitting an infrared beam which, when interrupted by any object, immediately stops the movement of the gate.
