Ruthex threaded nuts can then be inserted into 3D printer parts, e.g. Anycubic, Creality or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. Using the heat of a soldering iron or ultrasound, the crimp nuts are simply inserted into the blind or through hole.

Strong hold, easy to use

Due to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it holds firmly in the printed part. Counterspiral knurled nuts provide balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as high tightening force. The manual made insertion very easy.

Stable and durable screw threads

Inserts with internal threads are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. Reuse of screw threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.

Suitable for various plastics

Inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. Knurled nuts hold things like PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many others. As soon as the plastic of the parts around the brass sleeve cools and hardens again, the bushing with internal thread is firmly attached.

A practical set of thread inserts

The set of Ruthex thread inserts RX-M3x4.0 consists of 100 pcs. of press-in nuts with M3 internal thread and 4.0mm length. Threaded sleeves can be inserted using ultrasonic and heat insertion.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
