In addition, you will find heart rate sensors in the handles that allow you to continuously monitor your pulse and help you maintain the optimal level of training intensity.
12 training programs
Whether you prefer a dynamic run or an easy run, you can customize the running program to suit your needs. The RBA-1001 electric treadmill has 12 programs of varying intensity. This allows you to tailor the exercises to your health and fitness capabilities. The constant power of the 1.0 HP motor will allow you to use the treadmill even at the highest level and during intense training.
Phone and water bottle holder
The Rebel Active home treadmill also has a special holder for your phone or tablet, which allows you to use training programs, watch movies or listen to music while exercising. Practical shelves for a water bottle or isotonic drink also provide convenience during training. Thanks to them, you can easily maintain proper hydration during training without stopping running.
