Hyper Speed PLA filament is one of the specially designed filaments of the High-speed filament line for FFF printing. When printing at high speed, the filament is fed quickly to the heating block, and the polymer has very little time to melt from a solid state to a molten state, which can lead to nozzle clogging and poor adhesion quality between layers. Due to the optimized molecular weight and adjusted flow, Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA can achieve faster melting at the hot end and much faster cooling after extrusion of the material. As a result, the surface quality of parts printed with Hyper Speed filaments is smooth, and most details remain sharp.
Print Settings:
- Nozzle Temperature: 200-230℃
- Print Speed: 50-300mm/s
- Builder Temperature: 45-60℃
- Layer Height: 0.1-0.2mm
- Dry Temperature: 40℃
Please note that for Hyper Speed to work properly, the Pro3 series printer in Hyper Speed mode must be equipped with 0.4mm Hyper Speed Hot Ends (Pro3 series only), Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator (Pro3 series only), and Hyper Speed filaments. Without any of these components, printing may fail.
