The Raise3D DF2 solution is a Digital Light Printing (DLP) printing system that provides fast printing speeds, smooth surfaces, high precision, and exceptional reliability. It is designed for engineering prototyping, manufacturing aids, and low-volume production using a wide variety of high-performance resins.

Compared to the time-consuming and messy workflow of DLP, the Raise3D DF2, DF Wash and DF Cure come with an RFID-tag-integrated smart build plate and a logical interface that ensures a cleaner and simpler workflow throughout the printing, washing and curing process. This not only streamlines manual operations but also ensures your printing tasks are always accomplished with the same print results.

From intricate model designs to complex engineering prototypes, Raise3D DF2 printer adopts top performing optical components, so that every detail is captured with the utmost accuracy. XY Resolution: 2560 x 1440

RFID automatically stores and reads the relevant parameters of an entire workflow for printing, washing and curing, and is easy to mount and unmount, reducing the need for tedious manual operations.

The Raise3D DF2 printer is equipped with a high-performance touch screen for a better user experience: Magic Layout – allows for the easy adjustment of the print layout and duplicate prints. Automatic Pre-print Inspection – verifies all working conditions, including resin type, build platform installation, feeding station installation, resin margin, etc.

Z-axis with High Load Capacity: Maximum load capacity of 200 kg for Z-axis. Features no staggered layers and high movement accuracy, ensuring the stability of printing large parts and extended use.

Air-Peel Technology: Air peel design between the resin vat bottom and the highly clear glass reduces the force from 50 kilograms to 10 kilograms, effectively peeling each layer and ensuring successful printing.

DF Wash performs thorough cleaning with the help of two turbines, a hand wash simulation and a dual fan air drying system. The device has a 14 litre tank, a maximum wash volume of 200 x 112 x 300 mm and is compatible with solvents such as IPA alcohol, water or TPM solvent. DF Wash comes with an electric siphon pump, a washing basket, a waste disposal system and a hydrometer.

DF Cure performs thorough post-curing of the cleaned parts with the help of a powerful LED light source with mixed wavelengths (365 / 385 / 405 nm) and air heating of max. 120 ºC. The maximum curing size is φ 230 x 300 mm. DF Cure comes with heat resistant gloves and a tray for a safer and more convenient post-processing experience.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
