The panel comes with a free program (file to be uploaded), prepared by our company, as well as a program instruction manual and a stepper motor controller connection diagram. The program was prepared as a preview program for one of the many functions of Samkoon GC series panels. The program positions the linear axis and rotary axis to a given position. It uses basic PUL and DIR control signals, which allows you to control stepper motors, Easy Servo motors and servo drives, etc.
We can adapt the device wherever we need a precise axis shift or rotation by a given angle. The solution is most often found in the so-called saw bumper. The operator sets the length of the board, the bumper moves, the operator places the board and presses it against the bumper. The board is cut to the given size. This is one of many examples of using the program. The panel can be used in the same way for rotary axes, lathes, milling machines, etc.
This solves the problem of product repeatability. If we enter the same dimension each time, the device will duplicate a given detail.
It also speeds up the cutting cycle. We do not have to set the bumper using a tape measure, as is the case with many machines. Which takes up our time. After entering the dimension, the operator only needs to press the Start button.
