Player X is a game controller module created by the Pimoroni company. The module in combination with Arcade buttons and joystick allows you to create your own game controller, which can be connected to a PC with Windows, Linux and Mac. The buttons can be used to perform specific actions, such as jump/shot, while the joystick can be used to move, such as up, down, right, left. The controller connects to the computer via a microUSB connector. On the board are angled connectors in the form of a female goldpin strip with a raster of 2.54 mm to connect the Arcade buttons and joystick. The device, when connected to a computer via a USB cable, will appear as a USB game controller. USB cable, buttons and joystick are not included.
