FGF technology

The Piocreat G5 Pro is an industrial-grade 3D printer based on FGF (Fused Pellet Manufacturing) technology, a type of material extrusion AM process similar to FDM printing. FGF 3D printers work with thermoplastic in the form of pellets or granules, which are loaded into a hopper, fed into a screw extrusion system, where it is heated, and the molten, homogeneous mass of plastic is extruded through a nozzle to create a model. Since the plastic filaments used in FDM 3D printing are made from pellets, using pellets directly to build parts, FGF printing is incredibly cost-effective for many industrial applications.

New Generation Nozzle Printing Components

Ensure that the ejection is stable, smooth and without blocking. The self-developed new generation screw extrusion nozzle design, the maximum nozzle temperature is 450 °C, the extrusion force is strong, and the nozzle diameter of 0.4-3.0 mm is flexibly selected for fast and stable printing.

Compatible with various pellet materials. Suitable for various materials, reusable, flexible and interchangeable.

Spring steel magnetic attraction platform

Adopt spring steel magnetic attraction platform, which heats up quickly and reduces printing waiting time. G5 Pro heats up to 60°C in only 1 minute and 57 seconds; Ordinary 3D printer reaches the same temperature in 5 minutes and 38 seconds.

Easy to take the mold

The model is removed by bending the platform, durable and not easily deformed, the bottom is flat and easy to clean.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
