FGF technology

The Piocreat G12 is an industrial-grade 3D printer based on FGF (Fused Pellet Manufacturing) technology, a type of material extrusion AM process similar to FDM printing. FGF 3D printers work with thermoplastic in the form of pellets or granules, which are loaded into a hopper, fed into a screw extrusion system, where it is heated, and the molten, homogeneous mass of plastic is extruded through a nozzle to create a model. Since the plastic filaments used in FDM 3D printing are made from pellets, using the pellets directly to build parts, FGF printing is incredibly cost-effective for many industrial applications.

Screw nozzle

A self-developed screw nozzle design with a diameter of 0.6-6 mm, a maximum temperature of 450°C, The consumables melt well and extrude smoothly.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
