Paint thickness gauge GL-PRO-6-FAZ

Currently, the GL-PRO-6 varnish meter is available in three versions:
– GL-PRO-6-F, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement only on steel sheets;
– GL-PRO-6-FA, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition);
– GL-PRO-6-FAZ, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition with the function of detecting a zinc coating on a steel sheet).

The GL-PRO-6 meters use a measuring probe on a cable. The survey is completed ball which facilitates measurement on curvatures. The meter has a measurement assistant ® function , which is useful when taking measurements on cars.

GL-PRO-6 series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors . Thanks to this, a fast and accurate measurement was obtained using a 12-bit converter.

The meters use an innovative design of the measuring probe, which enables point measurement on ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials (depending on the version), automatically recognizing the tested material and informing about the type of material on the display. The survey is completed ball.

The distinguishing feature of the GL-PRO-6-FAZ meters is the automatic recognition whether the ferromagnetic sheet is covered with a layer of zinc or whether it is not galvanized . This is of great importance when measuring on a car - it will reveal to us which body parts were replaced with cheaper non-galvanized ones. The probe was completely developed by us.

The meter has a calibration function on thickness standards (included in the set).

· automatic detection of zinc (Zn) on a steel sheet (GL-PRO-6-FAZ model only);

· automatic ground detection (not applicable to the GL-PRO-6-F model, designed only for steel sheets);

· measuring range 0-2000μm;

· pitch 1μm for Fe, 5μm for nFe;

· minimum measurement area for nFe 15x15mm, for Fe 5x5mm;

· 3 operating modes: continuous measurement, measurement hold (HOLD 1), measurement freeze (HOLD 2);

· possibility to manually set the measurement mode, Fe or Al;

· measurement memory 960 items;

· measurement assistant ® for the automotive industry (LED);

· calibration (using tiles and a thickness standard);

· sound signaling;

power supply: two AAA (R3) alkaline batteries;

· 24 month warranty.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
