Paint thickness gauge GL-PRO-6-F

Currently, the GL-PRO-6 varnish meter is available in three versions:

– GL-PRO-6-F, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement only on steel sheets;

– GL-PRO-6-FA, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition);

– GL-PRO-6-FAZ, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition with the function of detecting zinc coating on steel sheets).

GL-PRO-6 meters use a measuring probe on a cable. The survey is completed by a ball, which facilitates the measurement of curves. The meter has a Measurement Assistant ® function, which is useful when performing measurements on cars.

GL-PRO-6 series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors. As a result, fast and accurate measurement was obtained using a 12-bit converter.

The meters use an innovative measuring probe design that allows for spot measurements on ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials (depending on the version), automatically recognizing the tested material and informing about the type of material on the screen. The survey is over, ball.

A distinctive feature of the GL-PRO-6-FAZ meters is automatic recognition of whether the ferromagnetic sheet is coated with a zinc layer or not. This is very important when measuring on a car - it will reveal to us which body parts have been replaced with cheaper non-galvanized ones. The probe was completely developed by us.

The meter has a calibration function according to thickness standards (included).

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
