Linumeric-LPT V2 motion controller

Linumeric LPT V2 is the successor to the Linumeric-LPT v1 device. It has the same hardware layout, the same instructions and functions apply. The only difference is that Linumeric-LPT v2 is a device in the form of a module (without housing) and does not have a permanently connected USB cable, but a cable that plugs into the socket.

Linumeric-LPT is a device that allows you to control a CNC machine such as a milling machine, lathe, robot, etc. using LinuxCNC software from a computer that does not have an LPT port. Linumeric-LPT is an absolute NEW! All you need to control it is a computer with a USB interface!

Linumeric-LPT is a USB-LPT adapter designed specifically for use with LinuxCNC. It uses special mechanisms that allow stable and reliable operation even with a computer that is characterized by high delay values (so-called Jitter), up to 200ms! Thanks to the Jitter Elimination System, almost any computer is suitable for controlling a CNC machine! Linumeric-LPT is a computer LPT interface that does not alter the functionality of LinuxCNC in any way. Linumeric-LPT is used in exactly the same way as a standard LPT port and installation in the system is very simple. Additionally, Linumeric-LPT can be used simultaneously with the computer's physical LPT port by simply treating it as a second port. Two Linumeric-LPT devices can be installed in the system at the same time.

Linumeric-LPT on the DB25 connector has the same registers as the standard LPT port:

The DATA and CONTROL registers can be used as inputs or outputs. The STATUS register can be used as inputs.

Linumercic-LPT outputs force a high or low state and can be used to control motors (step, direction signals), generate a PWM signal or turn on/off devices.

Linumeric-LPT inputs work in OC mode (Open Collector) and can be pulled up to the upper or lower power rail (pull-up or pull-down enabled). The inputs can be used to read sensors (limit sensors, homing sensors, tool or material measurement).

-Jitter reduction mechanism

Linumeric-LPT has the ability to configure the default input/output state! When using a standard computer LPT port, after turning on the computer or during its startup, the input/output status is not known, sometimes random changes occur, which may cause random control values. With Linumeric-LPT you don't have this problem! We can freely program the default input/output state. Linumeric-LPT comes with a simple Linumeric-LPT configurator application that allows you to test and configure the device (e.g. setting default values or changing the address).

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
