Created for specialist environments and professional applications, adapted to work with very heavy loads, the QARL actuator is very popular in the world of automation. The parameters and performance meet world standards at the highest level and will satisfy even the most demanding user.
The double-acting actuator is a very versatile device with almost unlimited possibilities of use in industrial and agricultural automation (ventilation, lifts, agricultural machines, etc.), and home automation (doors, windows, gates, wickets, etc.), all for very attractive money.Installation and use of the actuator is not a problem (possibility of using dedicated control systems), and safety is ensured by limit switches. Additionally, the actuator is equipped with two additional limit contacts, protecting against exceeding the extension limits.
The direction of feed is controlled by changing the polarity. The actuator is driven by a direct current (DC) motor. When designing the device, we also thought about less experienced users, through free and simple adjustment of limit contacts. Main advantages include precision of workmanship (even perfect), refined from every angle, high tightness (allowing for easy operation in difficult weather conditions), and quiet operation.
Possibility of controlling devices such as windows, antennas, lifts, dental chairs, doors, hatches for the basement or attic, and many others. The QARL actuator can also be used as an anti-burglary system. After work stops, the gear will not allow any manipulation of the element connected to the device. It is possible to determine the exact position of the actuator thanks to the use of a pulser (48 pulses per inch). Just connect the pulse counting system.
