Electric motor design

The 380V three-phase motor used in the side-channel blower is made in accordance with the IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards and includes the CE mark. Class F insulation, IP 55 protection.

The motor has built-in thermal protection. The fan is powered by three-phase 380V and equipped with auxiliary thermal protection contacts (break contact). It is necessary to connect them to a contactor.

Purpose of the side channel blower

A side-channel fan, also known as a vacuum pump, is a device for pneumatic transport, pneumatic lifts, multi-stage filtration devices with a very high degree of dust separation, industrial vacuum cleaners, aeration of swimming pools in biological sewage treatment plants, galvanizing plants, etc.

Construction

Side-channel fan with direct drive designed for oil-free transport of non-aggressive and non-explosive gases or for generating over and under pressure. The side-channel blower housing, the impeller (dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940) and the silencer housing are made of aluminum alloys. The fan is designed to operate in a horizontal or vertical position.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
