Integrated servo-step drives are a compact solution combining a motor, controller and encoder. The control is based on a 32-bit DSP controller using advanced algorithms, which allows for reliability and high positioning precision.
Integrated servo-step drives support step and direction signals ( step/dir ) - they have 3 digital inputs (PUL step signal, DIR direction signal and ENA operation permit signal). Additionally, we have two options - ALM error and reaching the PED position. The supply voltage is from 24 to 48VDC . The motors are offered with an incremental encoder with a resolution of 1000 pulses/revolution (with x4 logic we get 4000 pulses/revolution). The user can change the servo drive settings using the configuration program.
