Integrated circuit - ULN2003ADR ULN2003A SOP-16 Integrated circuit - ULN2003ADR ULN2003A SOP-16 in a form intended for SMD surface mounting. The Darlington circuit is a popular and widely used integrated circuit in devices that use inductance control. It is designed to work with devices such as electromagnetic relays, backlight systems in displays, LED control systems and others. The system has seven pairs of NPN transistors (Darlington transistor array) with high output voltage, as well as diodes with a common cathode for switching inductive loads. A unique advantage of the system is the ability to connect individual pairs of transistors in parallel, thus increasing the current efficiency, which for one pair is 500mA. An additional convenience is the use of 2.7kOhm resistors for each pair to work directly with TTL systems with a voltage of 5V CMOS. The circuit has been designed specifically for use with 14 to 25V PMOS devices. Each input has a zener diode and resistor to control the input current to a safe limit. Technical data
