Accurate insulation resistance measurements

The UT512 allows you to measure insulation resistance at four different test voltages: 500V, 1000V, 1500V and 2500V. Measuring ranges are from 0.5 M? to 100 G?, ±(3%+5) accuracy 100 k? ~ 10 M?, which allows for an accurate assessment of the insulation condition. 1 ~ 1.2mA test current and low short-circuit current (< 2mA) ensure safe and stable measurements.

Comprehensive diagnostic functions

The UT512 offers additional functions to measure direct (DC) and alternating (AC) voltages from 30V to 600V ± (2% + 5) accuracy, making it a versatile electrical diagnostic tool. The instrument also has dielectric absorption and polarization index functions, which enable a deeper analysis of insulation properties, which is crucial to avoid failures and ensure the safety of the installation.

Intuitive control and ergonomics

The UT512 meter is equipped with a 123x58mm illuminated LCD screen that ensures readability in various lighting conditions. Automatic ranging, analog column and comparison functions make work easier and speed up the measurement process. The meter has a memory of 18 measurement records, which allows easy storage and analysis of results.

Durable construction and convenient use

The UT512 is powered by eight 1.5V (LR14) batteries and has an auto-off function that saves power and extends battery life.
