What should be the ideal industrial gate operator? Automation of industrial gates requires the use of the best technologies and the most durable materials. That's what our new TECH-1 industrial gate operator is all about: robust, quiet, fault-free and modern, yet easy to use.

TECH-1 side automatic drive for industrial sectional gates is intended for gates with an area of ​​up to 35 m² and a height of up to 5 m. The high motor torque of 65 Nm guarantees that the drive will operate stably even with very heavy gates. The three-phase 230V motor with a power of 500W together with the inverter ensures precise modulation of the rotation speed without losing the drive power. The machine's control panel has three control buttons (open, close, stop) that allow you to fully control the work. If the drive stops, the voltage is immediately cut off, making the device safe for users. In the event of a power failure, the gate can be opened or closed using the supplied chain.

Safety and reliability

Mechanical limit switches and a motor sensor allow precise adjustment of the drive operation. Functions such as soft start and stop, emergency stop and advanced protection functions (thermal, amperometric and time) are responsible for the high smoothness of the machine operation. The actuator is designed for a standard 1 inch gate shaft (25.4mm), so it is suitable for most gates. The TECH-1 industrial gate drive is perfect for use in difficult conditions in production halls or warehouses, ensuring safety and reliability. The controller allows blocking operation when a signal is detected from an open gate door or other safety devices such as side bars.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
