Graphited Grease is intended for the lubrication of low-speed mechanisms and heavily loaded friction surfaces operating in the temperature range from -20°C to 60°C. This grease can be used to lubricate spring leaves, screw threads, chains, open gears, and worm gears. Not suitable for lubrication of rolling bearings and other precision mechanisms.
Composition:
- Graphite Grease is produced on the basis of deeply refined mineral oil, fatty acid soaps, and 10% by weight of natural graphite.
Properties:
- Dropping point, °C, not lower than: 77
- Penetration after kneading at 25°C: 250
- Corrosion test on copper plates at 100°C for 3 hours: Withstand
Storage:
- Graphited Grease should be stored in dry rooms, protected from direct sunlight.
