Technical characteristics

All guiding surfaces are ground in parallel. For making wedge grooves according to NFE cut - width tolerance JS9, rake angle 8-10°. Inserts supplied with a plunger.

Application:

For quickly producing - depending on the size in 1 to 5 passes - an exact and centrally located keyway. In unit and series production. The relatively long length of these punches allows for making grooves on simple mechanical or hydraulic presses in steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminum with a maximum hardness of up to 38 HRC.

Material :

HSS high-speed steel with vanadium, hardness HRC 62-64.

Recommendations for optimal use =

- It is very important to remove chips from the spindle every time and lubricate it generously with good quality grease for subsequent feeds. When pushing in, the spindle must pass completely through the workpiece. Do not try to remove it from above as it may damage the blades

- Do not use in steel with a hardness greater than 110 daN/mm² (HRC 35).

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).
