The fourth axis allows surface processing of all planes, the fourth axis ensures versatility of processing.

The rotary axes offered by our company are ready-to-install units of the fourth rotary axis on the machine.

The module consists of a stepper motor, a housing made of high-quality aluminum alloys, a bearing-mounted turning spindle with a gear on a backlash-free HTD toothed belt and a tailstock with a rotating center.

The use of the fourth axis in a milling machine, cutting machine or CNC engraving machine allows the processing of all planes from one mounting. This solution is used both in carpentry machines, where we need to make irregular details, for example, carved table legs or other rotating shapes, as well as in machines producing parts, where we need to mill a shaft or make holes in a cylinder with uniform spacing.

It also enables engraving of irregularly shaped details, including rotating solids. We can also use the fourth axis in machines that burn shapes from runes, e.g. plasma burners for processing pipes and profiles.

The three-jaw lathe chuck allows for mounting circular or hexagonal details, which provides even greater machining possibilities.

A milling machine with a rotary axis can also be used as a device for making 3D sculptures in wood, metal or plastics.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
