FLSUN - Super Racer SR

The SR is the latest Delta-based 3D printer independently developed by FLSUN. The Delta printer is equipped with many smart features such as auto-leveling, capacitive color touch screen and 4 ultra-quiet TMC2209 stepper drivers.

Features:

High printing speed is its biggest advantage. The default print speed is 150mm/s (about 3-4 times faster than the i3 architecture), and even if it runs at 200mm/s, the quality is good. Compared to other conventional 3D printers, printing the same model can save about half the printing time!

The SR uses a 32-bit high-speed motherboard with four TMC 2209s mounted on the motherboard. It is quieter, more stable and has higher printing accuracy.

The elegant all-metal design of the Super Racer not only gives the 3D printer a high-quality look, but also guarantees clean movements and less vibration. Dual gear extruder provides higher torque, stronger extrusion, stability and durability.

The high-melting Volcano Hotend has two turbo fans and a cooling fan to keep the tip from clogging. Such a hotend also allows you to experiment with different nozzle sizes and flow rates and be more creative and exploratory in 3D printing.

Precise linear guide with 10mm belt, high strength and high torque, low noise and fast high-precision stepper motor guarantee not only sufficient power, but also the desired accuracy at high printing speed.

The 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen with a redesigned user interface and optimized operation logic based on user habits supports 8 display languages and has a one-button reset to factory settings function.

Based on Marlin 2.0.6. self-developed open source software supports the function of continuous printing and thread sensor. With the print resume function and filament detection, print projects that are interrupted due to power loss or filament shortage can be easily resumed.

The printer comes 90% pre-assembled, so you can assemble it quickly and easily. In addition, fast and accurate automatic leveling allows you to start printing quickly.

The coated glass panel and aluminum panels are fixed separately, making cleaning, maintenance and disassembly easier. The heated bed can be heated up to 100°C and has good adhesion, whether it is PLA or ABS printing.
