ESP8266 ESP-12S Wi-Fi module - ESP12-S

The ESP12S module is based on the ESP8266 chip. It works on the Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n standard at 2.4 GHz. It is the newer brother of the "E" version in which the antenna has been improved, thanks to this treatment the network range has increased by up to 30%. The module has passed FCC, CE and ROHS certification, in addition, digital input/output filtering has been improved. Cloud services have also been implemented so you can use 3 simple commands.  

This device can be used as a converter to connect the microcontroller to Wi-Fi or as a standalone device, as it has a controller with FLASH and ROM memory.

The ESP12 has 4 MB of Flash memory. It is possible to program the module using LUA scripts, Arduino IDE or AT commands.  

To operate the module in a convenient way, we recommend the ESP8266 chip adapter.
