Oil Type: ES12 Machining Oil Concentrate

Composition: Highly refined mineral oils, ionic and non-ionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, refining substances

Features:
  • Free of nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals, phenols
  • No formation of nitrosamines
  • No chlorine compounds, secondary amines, boron compounds, or sodium nitrite
Application Concentrations:
  • Grinding: 3-5%
  • Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming: 5-10%
  • Threading: 10-15%
Recommended Usage:
  • Machining of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and their alloys
  • Concentrations below 3.5% not recommended
  • Stable emulsions even after long use
