The ETM-03 swing gate operator is an ideal offer for those who are looking for a reliable, robust and modern solution to automate their gates. Our gate operator is designed to handle gates up to 4 meters in length and up to 400 kg in weight, so it is suitable for most double doors. The installation of the machine is simple and versatile, so it can be installed on both narrow and wide poles. Solid gears can handle both airy and filled fenders with ease. The kit can work with or without the included buffer.

Precise gear adjustment

ETM-03 gate operators can be easily installed using our calculator. It selects individual attachment points depending on the type of gate and the type of gate opening (outward, inward). Autostop points can be set using mechanical feed stops located on the underside of the piston rod cap. This is a very practical method, because the stopper is not as vulnerable as in the case of various types of limit switches, and the design does not put too much pressure on the bumper.

Gate drive designed for years of operation

In order to enjoy the automatic gate for a long time, it is worth using the highest quality equipment. Such solutions include our ETM-03 double gate gate operator. The main drive elements, i.e. the most important drive modes, nut, piston rod and body are made of metal, resistant to overload and adapted for long and demanding work. The drive is provided by 24V motors, the power of each of which is 100W. They provide the drive with a stable and quiet feed at a speed of 12mm/s. In the event of a power failure, the actuators can be unlocked with a key. Thanks to its modern appearance, the operator is suitable for many gates and entrances to properties.

Advanced control panel

The ETM-03 swing gate operator offers wide control options that allow you to adjust its operating parameters according to individual preferences. In automatic mode, the advanced controller automatically selects the optimal parameters, ensuring smooth and efficient opening and closing of the gate. However, the expert mode allows you to manually configure the parameters, allowing you to fully control the operation of the drive. The control unit also has functions such as: gear retract, gate function, automatic closing and overlap. Many accessories can be connected to the device, such as: antenna, electric shock*, control modules and emergency battery power. It is also worth mentioning a number of protection measures: optical, anti-cracking, time and overcurrent. They increase the safety of automation users.

• Two professional gate drives with durable hybrid drive and metal drive nut. Equipped with the ability to unlock the drive in the event of a power failure and the ability to adjust the extension using plugs.

• A universal control unit that adapts the operating parameters to the existing conditions at the gate. Ability to power from battery or control external devices.

• 2 PS-06 remote controls with scrolling code. They allow driving up to a distance of 100 m. Random button color.

• Assembly accessories: gear brackets, locating key, bumper, plug hex key, junction boxes, pipe. There will also be a detailed user guide.

• For gates with a filling of more than 75% or if the width of the leaf is greater than 2.5m, it is mandatory to install an electric gate strike.
