Air-cooled electrospindles of the GDZ series - economical electrospindles for high-performance machining of materials such as wood, aluminum, bronze, other non-ferrous metals, plastics.
GDZ series electrospindles have double shaft bearings, on precise angular contact bearings. This ensures optimal operating conditions for high axial loads. Spindles are factory balanced and adjusted to continuous operation. The allowable speed range of these electrospindles is from 6000 rpm to 18000 rpm. GDZ series electrospindles are mainly used on CNC plotters, milling machines, deburring machines and engraving machines.
GDZ electrospindles with rated frequencies of 600Hz must work with frequency converters (pop. Inverter). The inverter for an electrospindle should be selected based on the spindle supply voltage, as they do not have the option of star/delta switching.
