Electrospindle 120TD18Z, 5.5kW, 400Hz, ISO30 18000rpm, water-cooled, casing fi120mm

120TD electrospindle adapted for drilling and milling. The engine is designed to operate in class S1 - continuous operation, liquid cooling.

The spindle is equipped with an automatic tool change system. Compatible bushings are BT30, while the extractor tip is BT30-45°. Two sets of 7008/P4 ceramic bearings are installed in the front part of the spindle, which are characterized by high precision and high stiffness.

The electrospindle is liquid-cooled and equipped with two sensors to control the correct fastening of the tool sleeve. It has a sleeve cleaning system when fastening and a chip blowing system. The electrospindle has a tight structure, which prevents dust from entering the engine.

The tool holder cylinder is single-acting, which makes it easy to use and reliable. There are two models in this version. The difference between them is the different supply voltage. The coils in the electrospindle are permanently connected in two star and delta configurations.

The electrospindle can only work with an inverter or frequency converter.

It is recommended to use inverters with a higher output current than the rated motor current.

Electrospindles are available in two supply voltage versions: 3x 220 VAC and 3 x 380 VAC.

The electrospindle is equipped with an automatic tool change system, driven pneumatically. The tool holder is locked using a spring mechanism. This prevents the tool from falling out when there is no air in the system. The tool is released by a single-acting cylinder. The working pressure of the cylinder is a maximum of 7 bar (100 psi).

The tool holder and its conical holder are air-cleaned during tool changes. Although this prevents dust from accumulating on the contact surface. The manufacturer recommends periodic inspections of the surface condition.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
