The ETM-FOLD gate drive is designed for swing gates mounted on wide posts with a hinge depth of up to 32 cm. This drive is suitable for gates with a maximum width of 3m and a maximum weight of 300 kg. Our product is made of high-quality materials that are sure to stand the test of time and weather. The neat housing made of durable plastic protects the robust 80W motors and metal gears. They drive the gate leaves using steel, broken arms. In the event of a power failure, the actuators can be released using the supplied keys and the gate can be opened manually.

A new, improved version of the drive

By listening to the needs of our customers, we constantly improve our products to meet the needs of users and to be reliable. To this end, we redesigned our gate drive for wide posts and made some significant changes. The first are mechanical limit switches conveniently placed for the user. The second is a design change that makes the drive look more modern, easier to install and use (for example, due to the axial arrangement of the lever drive shaft). It is also worth mentioning the increased performance parameters of the gate leaves compared to the older version.

Simple and self-assembled

You can easily install our gate operators yourself without losing your warranty. This is no different with the ETM-FOLD drive as the product comes with simple and clear instructions. With its help, you can overcome this challenge in one afternoon and then be proud of the results of your work. The tutorial videos on our YouTube channel will also be helpful. However, if you have any questions during the assembly phase, don't worry. Our technical support department will help you clear all doubts. Importantly, ETM-FOLD does not require welding during assembly, which undoubtedly makes installation even easier. It is worth noting that anchor points can be quickly calculated using our calculator. The operating range of the gate leaf is determined using adjustable mechanical limit switches.

No electricity? This is not a problem!

If your area experiences frequent power outages or you are concerned about unexpected outages, you may want to add backup batteries to your system. Thanks to them, the drive of the two gates will work independently of the power supply, so the gate will be able to be opened and closed several times. In addition, ETM-FOLD gate operators have an operator release function that allows the gate to be opened without disconnecting the operator. This practical function will come in handy not only in the event of a power outage, but also when installing a drive.

Configuration freedom thanks to the ETM-DGL control panel

The ETM-FOLD double door operator with wide posts has an ETM-DGL control unit. It is a design based on the proven and reliable ETM-DG2 swing gate controller for many years. The control electronics, which are not directly integrated with the actuators, simplify the actuator design, which means simple operation, trouble-free operation and long-term actuator satisfaction. As we know, every gateway is different and every user has different performance requirements. For this reason, we allow quite extensive customization of the control panel, which means that it can be easily customized to suit your needs.

In the drive control panel, you can configure, among other things:

• soft start/stop to ensure proper system operation,
• automatic closing of the gate after opening,
• advance sheet work overlap time,
• gate functions,
• value of overload parameters to prevent crushing,
• time protection value.

Two ETM-FOLD drives for automating swing gates on wide posts. Engines are supplied with articulated arms with pins.

ETM-DGL digital control panel, which is the brain of the whole set and allows convenient configuration.

Two four-channel PS-02 remote controls used to control actuator operation. They really won't take up much space in your pocket, and will allow you to comfortably open and close the gate even from a distance of 100 m. The control panel has 3 buttons, so the last button can be used, for example, to control the garage door opener.

A set of photocells provides protection for gate users when, for example, they drive a car into the light of a closing gate. In this situation, the gear will stop the fenders from moving, saving the car from damage and, of course, an expensive trip to the paint shop. Another undoubted advantage of FK-02 photocells is the ability to adjust the direction of the plate, which greatly facilitates the installation of this protection.

The LS-U LED warning light will inform users near the gate about the operation of the automation. A notable feature of the lamp is the antenna connection, which allows you to connect an antenna cable to the control panel to increase the range.

A set of special fasteners will allow simple and quick installation on clinker, stone and concrete pillars.
