Service protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for your device that provides you with two replacements of damaged hardware per year for a small additional fee. It covers damage caused by, among other things, collisions or water damage. Damaged hardware will then be replaced with new or equivalent to new . DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 30 days after the activation (first start-up) of the device. It is also possible to extend the protection - just buy an additional annual plan (maximum twice - you gain up to 3 years in total). What's more, during the validity period of the service, the official manufacturer warranty.

For DJI Osmo Action 4 series devices, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 95.*

*In case of reporting directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

Extended warranty

Users of devices such as DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine and DJI Action 2 can also get additional benefits. If you do not use the exchange option during the validity period of the Care Refresh service, you will receive a reward warranty extension for an additional year.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active .

2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).

3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive DJI Care Refresh activation confirmation via email. Your equipment is now safe!

When an accident happens

1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with the note that he has purchased the DJI Care Refresh service.

2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether they want to repair/replace for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a replacement fee and receives another copy.

4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user via priority shipping.

DJI Care Refresh does not include

1) Missing or partially missing equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned product.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of product.

5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.

8) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.

9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Possibility of extending protection

Users also have the option to extend their coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.

  • If you have a DJI Care Refresh annual plan, you can extend your protection 2 times by purchasing 2 more annual plans: Annual Plan + Annual Plan + Annual Plan.
  • If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend your coverage only once by purchasing one annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

Please note: it is not possible to extend your coverage by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.

In order to extend protection, certain conditions must be met:

  • Purchase of the DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh annual plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh+ annual plan / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and an additional annual plan (renewal).
  • The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

Paid orders of more than 150€ are shipped for free to Latvia and Estonia.
