DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for DJI products that, for a small additional fee, offers two replacements of damaged equipment within one year, covering damage caused by impact or water damage, among other things. Damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 30 days after activation (first power-on) of the device. In the case of cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, the 30-day period cannot be extended.
DJI Action 4For DJI Action 4 series cameras, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 119. The cost of the second replacement is PLN 185, and the third replacement is PLN 249.*

How to activate DJI Care Refresh 1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now safe!
1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with the note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether they want to repair/replace the device for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a replacement fee and receives another copy.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user via priority shipping.
1) Missing or partially missing camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.
Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
