A high temperature version of the Sprite Pro extruder for use with the following Ender series 3D printer models: Ender-3, Ender-3 Pro, Ender-3 V2 and Ender-3 Max. The product is completely made of metal. It has a gearbox with a gear ratio of 3.5:1. This ensures stable thread feeding with a force of up to 80 N (depending on the type of material). Due to its low weight, it does not put too much stress on the structure of the 3D printer. The head does not work with the BL-Touch leveling sensor. It can only be used with the CR-Touch sensor.
Stable media feed
The use of two clamps that move the filament in the structure of the extruder increases the stability of the printing material feeding process. In addition, the extruder has a special screw to regulate the pressure of the moving thermoplastic. The manufacturer has also changed and simplified the filament application process.
Designed to work at high temperatures
A metal hotend with a titanium throat (throat tube) allows printing at an operating temperature of up to 300°C. The high-quality heating unit ensures fast melting of filament fibers. The low-conductivity aluminum alloy cooling block dissipates heat efficiently. The Sprite Pro design also uses two efficient fans mounted on the print head.
